With mortgage companies being fickle about whom they loan money to, and gas prices at $4 bucks a gallon people’s credit card balances are stacking up. Fortunately there are still a few credit cards on the market that offer balance transfer credit cards for fair credit. Airline miles and frequent flyer credit cards can be a great way to save money on vacations and airline tickets. As with most products, knowing the differences between the products that are available is the key to making sure you get your best deal. The first thing to know is that there are two classifications of “Airline” credit cards. Most people are unaware of the differences between the two types of cards so I thought I would make things a little clearer.

Low Interest Rate Credit Cards – How to Qualify with Fair to Average Credit.

Most would-be credit card owners these days have a bruise or two on their credit report and feel they may not qualify for low interest credit cards. Depending on the problem that appears on their bureau they very well may be right. However, a large section of the people with fair credit will qualify for credit cards with low interest rates regardless of their credit discrepancies if they can show certain attributes on the credit card application.

Can Credit Cards Help you Establish Credit After Bankruptcy?

The short and simple answer is yes and no. The detailed answer is that it depends on how you use the credit card and which credit card you choose to use. If your credit card is over two years old this article may not apply to you. Most credit card companies will issue fair credit – credit cards to people outside of bankruptcy for more than two years. You may want to avoid applying to the same companies you included in your bankruptcy though.
